Self-Defense Skills - The program teaches children practical self-defense skills that they can use to protect themselves from bullying and other physical threats.
Confidence - By learning self-defense techniques and improving their physical fitness, children can develop confidence in their abilities to handle bullying situations.
Emotional Control - The program also teaches children how to manage their emotions and respond to bullying situations in a calm and assertive manner.
Mental Resilience - The program aims to develop mental resilience in children, which can help them deal with the psychological effects of bullying.
Leadership Skills - As children progress through the program, they will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and become role models for other children in their community.

Our Mission
To work with Parents, bond as families and teach our kids how to defend themselves against all eventualities should the unthinkable happen and make our kids... "BULLYPROOF"
Through a mixture of technique, role play and games we teach children how to deal with the most common forms of physical and verbal attacks. We teach them the most common “holds” the bully will use and how to escape from them. We teach kids how to neutralize a bully’s attacks and only as a last resort how to strike effectively if required using proven Krav Maga self defense techniques.
Our awesome Bully Proof classes teach kids what to say to verbal assaults too. Most attacks from bullies are verbal in nature and therefore we teach Verbal Krav Maga also through scenario role playing to prevent this harmful form of bullying too!
Our aim is to promote a confident child full of self belief, being their own bodyguard is critical as Bullies pick victims who look like easy targets. What makes an easy target? A kid who seems unsure of himself or easily intimidated. Not any longer!
