Our KravMaga self defence classes supplied under the Combat Scotland banner are regarded by many to be the best around. Learning Krav Maga builds self-confidence, as individuals gain the knowledge and skills necessary to protect themselves and their loved ones.
Or train like Rocky combining boxing moves with aerobic HiTT exercise, work up a sweat in a non-competitive environment. Practice combinations and get your heart rate going in a motivating environment.

Bully Proof Black Belt
Our Bully Proof Black Belt program is designed to empower children with the skills and confidence to defend themselves against bullies. We teach practical self-defense techniques that can be used in real-life situations, and we also focus on building children's confidence and assertiveness.
With positive motivation each child progresses through our Bully Proof Black Belt system through a mixture of technique, role play, and games tailored for the skill levels and abilities of each child.
Brilliant coaches and fun classes provide the positive thinking to ensure every ninja child will have a place to shine and grow while working wonders on their self-confidence and belief.
